These terms describe the Lead-Pulse operational SMS program. They apply to customers who have provided phone numbers on the Lead-Pulse onboarding intake form and explicitly authorized operational messaging during account setup.

Program description

Lead-Pulse is an operational messaging program for active Lead-Pulse customers. We send text messages from Lead-Pulse to the phone numbers that customers provide on their onboarding intake form.

What you will receive

  • New-lead alerts when a qualified web lead is captured on your account
  • Emergency escalations when an urgent lead (for example, an active leak) requires immediate attention
  • Launch coordination messages during onboarding and go-live
  • Weekly digest summaries of lead and booking activity

Message frequency

Msg frequency varies. Volume depends on lead activity on your account and the escalation rules you configured during onboarding.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for messages you receive are billed by your mobile carrier, not by Lead-Pulse.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any Lead-Pulse SMS to unsubscribe from future messages on that number. You will receive a final confirmation message and then no further operational SMS on that number. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your Lead-Pulse service — lead alerts will continue through email and in-app channels.

Reply HELP to any Lead-Pulse SMS for assistance, or email lead-pulse@lead-pulse.tech. A team member will respond during business hours.

Privacy

Phone numbers are used only to deliver the operational messages described above. Lead-Pulse does not sell phone numbers or use them for marketing. Our full privacy policy is available on request — email lead-pulse@lead-pulse.tech until a dedicated page is published.
